ORDER PLACEMENT AND CANCELLATION
Non-Refundable Deposit
A 25% deposit is required upon order placement to cover the cost of engineered drawings and initial project expenses. This deposit is non-refundable; however, in cases of significant personal or family emergencies, we may offer flexibility. Please contact us directly to discuss exceptional circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
- Before Fabrication Begins: If you cancel your order before fabrication starts, any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit will be refunded.
- After Fabrication Has Started: Once fabrication begins, the building is custom-made, and no refunds will be issued. The customer must accept the completed building.
FABRICATION AND DELIVERY
Fabrication Process
- Standard buildings typically take approximately 2-3 weeks to fabricate.
- Larger or more complex projects may take between 3 to 6 weeks, depending on specifications.
- Peak seasons (Spring and Summer) may result in delays.
Delivery Schedule
- Delivery times range from 4 to 10 days across Canada. Specific timelines will be outlined in your contract.
- Customers must be available on the scheduled delivery date to receive the shipment. Missed deliveries may result in additional charges.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND DAMAGE
We strongly recommend inspecting your delivery upon arrival. If you notice any defects or damage, they must be reported within 30 days for a return, replacement, or refund of the defective parts.
- All reported defects or damages will be inspected by our team.
- If verified, we will issue a replacement or refund for the defective components.
REFUNDS AND ADJUSTMENTS
Full Refunds
A full refund, including the initial deposit, will be issued only if the building or components are not delivered by the contracted date due to our fault.
Order Adjustments
If adjustments to your order are required after fabrication, additional charges may apply, depending on feasibility.
